Engineering innovation by EUGE Digital Technologies Product status: Prototype in development
A new approach to electronics diagnostics

Find the fault.
Understand the cause.

EUGE VoltSense is a developing electronic diagnostics solution combining guided testing, supported electrical measurements and evidence-based troubleshooting to help technicians investigate faults and help manufacturers improve product quality.

An engineering prototype in development. Diagnostic coverage, measurement accuracy and supported devices will be validated through controlled testing.

VoltSense Diagnostic System CONCEPT

Proposed hardware and software working together to capture supported measurements and guide a structured diagnostic process.

Measurement-led Findings grounded in supported test results
Guided troubleshooting Structured tests and explainable recommendations
Quality traceability A planned path toward documented test records
Designed for two connected workflows

One diagnostic vision.
Two practical applications.

VoltSense is being designed to support electronics repair and controlled quality testing, with capabilities introduced only after they have been developed and validated.

For repair technicians

A guided workflow to help investigate supported electronic circuits and organize diagnostic findings.

  • Guided test procedures and measurement capture
  • Component and circuit identification support
  • Evidence-based likely fault areas and next steps
  • Structured service notes and diagnostic reports

For electronics manufacturers

A planned quality workflow for repeatable checks on supported products and approved test fixtures.

  • Product and serial-number identification
  • Configured test limits and controlled procedures
  • Pass, fail or review outcomes based on test evidence
  • Traceable records for quality review
Proposed diagnostic process

From measurement to a clearer next step

The intended process is systematic and evidence-led. Actual functions will become available as each development and validation milestone is completed.

01

Identify

Select a supported device, circuit or approved manufacturer test profile.

02

Measure

Run the prescribed test using suitable, protected measurement hardware.

03

Investigate

Compare the captured evidence with documented diagnostic rules and test limits.

04

Document

Record findings and recommended next steps for review and follow-up.

Engineering principles

Trust starts with evidence and safety.

An electronic diagnostic tool must distinguish measured facts from possible explanations. VoltSense will be developed around controlled test conditions, transparent results and explicit limits on what the prototype can assess.

The initial hardware proof of concept is planned around safe, current-limited low-voltage DC circuits. Live-mains testing is outside the scope of the first prototype.

Our development commitments

✓Use known test circuits to evaluate measurement accuracy.
✓Separate measured values from inferred fault explanations.
✓Introduce supported device profiles through controlled testing.
✓Protect user data and restrict access to diagnostic records.
✓Expand capability only when the relevant functions are validated.
Important: this is a product under development

This website describes the intended direction of EUGE VoltSense. The physical scanner, diagnostic engine, device coverage and manufacturer functions are not represented as completed or validated. The product is not currently a certified electrical safety instrument or a universal fault detector.
